Thirdly, slaughter the nighttime offering
The scholars differed concerning the permissibility of
slaughtering at night. Some of them are of the view that it is not permissible,
and some of them have said it with his passport. The following is mentioned
with the evidence and the discussion. The first view is that it is not
permissible to slaughter at night, and it is not permissible to slaughter the

As for the meaning, it is mentioned by two faces, 'Abd
al-Rahmaan ibn Qudaamah, one of which is that it is permissible to slaughter in
one night, so it is similar to the night of the day of slaughter. The second is
that the night is not in which there is no difference between the meat and the
meat, and there is no difference between the two. They do not disagree with us
that the sun rises until it is gone after its lethargy and its height at a
large time on the day of sacrifice. It is not permissible to sacrifice them.
They need to measure that day after the days of sacrifice. They are not allowed
to sacrifice them until after such time. And we know of no predecessor before
the owner of P of night sacrifice.
The second view is that it is permissible to slaughter at
night with Mina. Abu Haneefah narrated that it was narrated from Malik that he
did that as a part of it, and it was said by Ashhab from the Maalikis and
Shafi'i. This is a narration of Ahmad and the more Sahaabah. It was narrated by
Ibn Hazm. Al-Baji said quoting al-Qadi al-Hasan: And he said: "It is
permissible to slaughter the night so that a man will not sin in slaughter, or
if there is no poor person present. Our doctrine is the permissibility of
slaughtering day and night in these days but it is haraam at night and with it
Abu Haneefah, Ishaaq, Abu Thawr and the public said, and it is the saheeh of
Ahmad. Ibn Qudaamah said, after he mentioned the opinion of al-Kharqi. He said
to other of our companions: And by him Al-Shaafa'i, Ishaaq, Abu Haneefah and
his companions ended his words.
This is indicated by the book and the meaning,
but the book says: () to witness the benefits of them and mention the name of
God in the days of information on what they earned from animal cattle (
[Al-Hajj verse 28]. The meaning of the verse: It can be said: The days are the
language of what is included in the nights and can answer that by carrying the
verse on the face of it is that it deals with the days without nights and the
barriers of carrying them to eat night and day.
